Description

This course should be commenced after the student completes the Introduction to Geometry course. Introduction to Algebra (Algebra 1) is a prerequisite.

Of the two Algebra 2 courses in our curriculum, this is is a less in-depth option which is appropriate for average to strong math students who wish to learn the material thoroughly without making math a major focus. Lial's text presents the material clearly and concisely, and provides plenty of practice exercises.

College-bound students should plan to follow this course with another year of high school math (Statistics and / or Precalculus).
